I enjoy the physical product, but the app has some issues. I get notifications from the pill box, but not my phone. It says "notifications from this app are blocked" and is grayed out. I tried all troubleshooting options, and was ultimately told to contact the developers. It kinda sucks to buy a product and not be able to properly use half of it (the app).

They lie! They collect all kinds of data, including everything you do and what is on your phone. They put a shade over the privacy policy, so that it is hardly readable. I bought the smart pill dispenser, it never accepts emailed codes, so you can't sign up, itdoesn't sync time or reminders as a guest. It's just a data mining app and piece of junk pill box. It will get the same rating as the app.

If I could rate this device a zero I would...for the money spent it has multiple issues. 1st it would not allow privacy agreement, the Google symbol overlays it. 2nd Horrible customer service, you cannot speak with them due to time difference and only Emails. 3rd The App and device does not sync up...it will not work remotely which is the MAIN reason to have the dumb device. I could go on, but I don't have that kind of time or energy. Will read reviews next time..returning piece of JUNK!!!!!
